Eating these protein rich rolls for breakfast will make you full to lunch time as they are full of fiber and protein.
This recipe makes around 8-10 rolls.
- 300g cottage cheese- i prefer skimmed cottage cheese
- 250g raw oatmeal
- 2 raw eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tea spoon baking powder.
- You could add raisins or sunflower seeds if you wish.
Set the oven to 200 C or 392 F
Mix all the ingredients together with a hand-mixer until all the ingredients are almost smooth. ( There will be some small lumps of cottage cheese but that is ok.)
Line the baking tray with baking paper, then use a tablespoon or a slightly large spoon to scoop the batter placing the spoonfuls on the baking tray.
Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
Put them aside to cool, serve with your favorite spread.
